The location was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool bar food was lovely

Rooms were cleaned and towels changed only once in twelve nights. I thought this really wasn't good enough for the price we paid.

We were given a double bed apartment when we booked two singles and it took 24 hours to sort out- it was a complete nightmare to get sorted out

Cheap, extremely cheerful and relaxing

We loved the location! Absolutely great. A short walk to everything you need. The pool bar is great and the staff are so friendly! We used the gym everyday which was amazing to have for free on site

The only downside of this accommodation is the lack of sun loungers. Queues at 8.30am to put a towel down. If the hotel invested in a few more loungers we would have no complaints

No organisation

Great 2 bed apartment with the biggest wrap around balcony I've ever seen.

We had to book an extra night via booking.com due to a flight change. Had informed hotel and asked if we could be put in our original room for the whole holiday even though I'd paid for a higher grade room or at least try n make sure our room was ready as close to our midday checkout as possible as we have a 3 yr old. When we arrived we got told they would try do it for as close to 12 as possible. Great I though. Next day we asked at 12 when checking out to be told no it's 5pm. At 3.30pm I asked again as was cold n raining n my boy was blue in the lips. Again got told no 5pm. Was sat in reception n at 4.45pm I thought I'd ask again n was told no 5pm again. I understand they're VERY busy but with better organisation our room could have been done sooner. Apparently housekeeper's were rung twice to ask n they said no 5pm. Surely management could have asked for our room to be done a little earlier as sat waiting around the pool on a bad weather day with our boy was not much fun. Such a shame as now in our other room and it's lovely with a pool view as requested. Just felt a little more could have been done

Pleasant but house cleaning fell short when the once a week clean didn’t happen.

Layout of buildings around the pool.

Sunbed shortage. Too many people grabbed sun beds at 9am but left them empty most of the day. So selfish. Staff did nothing to control this. Even though there were always people looking for a bed later in the morning.

Fantastic and hope to return in the new year if the price is right.

I love the location , I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years. It’s basic accommodation , and has all the amenities of a 5 star . The staff are very friendly . The property is clean and very well ran

The cleaners only call once a week , you can pay extra but sure if you were at home you’d have to clean up after yourself .

A reasonable budget choice

Fairly cheap, fairly clean, nice swimming pools, and a handy onsite shop. It’s a reasonable choice if you’re on a budget.

Bizarre behaviour by the English guests who rushed to put towels on the poolside loungers every morning - then left them there for hours unused. So selfish.

Location is amazing and apartments are basic but clean.

No cleaning facility so sane towels and run out of toilet paper.
